Sandy Alcantara - Allows four runs in no-decision Alcantara did not factor into the decision Monday, allowing four runs on seven hits, two walks and a hit-by-pitch over five innings against Arizona. He struck out six.

Impact Alcantara was hampered by a three-run third inning that included a two-run homer from Lars Nootbaar. The veteran hurler has allowed four-plus runs in four straight starts and hasn't earned a win since Aug. 8. With a 13-10 record, 3.86 ERA, 1.23 WHIP and 149:57 K:BB over 205 innings (32 starts), Alcantara is tentatively scheduled to pitch Sunday at San Diego.

Pete Fairbanks - Exits early Monday Fairbanks was removed from Monday's game against the Diamondbacks due to an apparent arm injury, Jack Sommers of SI.com reports.

Impact Fairbanks was unable to record an out in the bottom of the ninth inning and left the game with the trainer after throwing only six pitches. Monday marked his second appearance since returning from the IL due to medial nerve irritation in his pitching hand, an issue that has forced him to the shelf on two separate occasions this year. It's unclear at this time whether the same issue cropped up again for Fairbanks during Monday's save opportunity.

Impact Ramirez entered a 4-4 game with a runner on second in the ninth inning and launched a 407-foot walk-off blast. It was a highlight in an otherwise disappointing year for the 25-year-old, who owns a lowly .669 OPS over 30 games since being recalled by Miami. On the year, he's slashing .225/.318/.348 with four homers, 21 RBI, 27 runs scored and four steals across 214 major-league plate appearances.

Eury Pérez - Allows three runs in no-decision Perez did not factor into the decision in Sunday's 6-4 win over the Dodgers, allowing three runs on four hits and two walks with five strikeouts over five innings.

Impact Perez surrendered a three-run homer in the fourth inning but otherwise kept the Dodgers in check, throwing 59 of 96 pitches for strikes with 13 whiffs. While it was an encouraging effort considering he yielded 16 runs over his previous three starts, the 23-year-old has not exceeded five strikeouts in six straight outings. He'll carry a 3.99 ERA, 1.24 WHIP and 155:64 K:BB across 144.1 innings into a road matchup with the Padres next weekend.
