Rams vs. Panthers NFC Wild Card Round Highlights: L.A. Hangs On to Win Wild Game
Updated: Jan 10, 2026 - 8:05 PM ET
The 2025 NFL playoffs kicked off in thrilling fashion on Saturday afternoon, as the visiting Los Angeles Rams (12-5) defeated the Carolina Panthers (8-9), 34-31, on FOX.
Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford (NFL-high 4,707 passing yards and 46 passing touchdowns) and wide receiver Puka Nacua (NFL-high 129 receptions for 1,715 yards and 10 touchdowns) put on a show in a wild back-and-forth affair as the leaders of an offense ranked first in the NFL in total yards and points.
Meanwhile, the underdog Panthers, who made their first playoff appearance in eight years, nearly stunned the world in a gutsy effort led by quarterback Bryce Young — who posted a career high in passing yards (3,011), passing touchdowns (23), passer rating (87.8) and completion percentage (63.6%) this season.
Check out the top moments from the game, along with live analysis from FOX Sports' NFL Reporter Eric D. Williams.
