Buccaneers vs. Rams SNF Highlights: L.A. Now Best in NFC As Tampa Loses Mayfield

One of the biggest NFL matchups of the weekend ended in blowout fashion, as the Los Angeles Rams soundly defeated the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Sunday Night Football.

The highly-anticipated Week 12 showdown saw one of the league's hottest teams in Matthew Stafford's Rams (9-2) take it to Baker Mayfield and the formidable Bucs (6-5). L.A. now owns the NFC's best record after controlling the game from start to finish in all three phases, and dominating Tampa Bay on a night where Mayfield sat the entire second half with a shoulder injury.

Meanwhile, Stafford continued building his case for MVP this season, and utilized top weapons Puka Nacua and Davante Adams in impressive fashion once again. L.A.'s defense also deserves ample credit for its latest smothering effort in what's been an impressive year for the team overall.
