The senior has looked more than comfortable throughout the first five games, averaging over 300 yards passing per game.

Impact Lacy, who appeared in two games this season and recorded 10 rushed for 44 yards and a touchdown, will miss the remainder of the season with an undisclosed injury. It's an unlucky break for the junior who was finally seeing Division I action prior to his injury.

Impact Despite the loss, Smith had the best performance of his young career this week, leading the Pirate receivers in yards and receptions. Prior to Saturday, the sophomore hadn't had more than five receptions and 67 yards in a game this season.

Brock Spalding - Tallies six receptions Spalding notched six receptions (on eight targets) for 64 yards during Saturday's 34-13 defeat to Brigham Young.
Impact Spalding continued to produce this week as he's now had at least three receptions in every game this season. The junior leads the Pirates in receiving yards through four weeks and has developed a strong connection with quarterback Katin Houser.

Impact Houser once again put up a lot of yards this week, but wasn't very efficient, only completing 59.5 percent of his throws, while throwing two interceptions. The former Michigan State Spartan has now thrown an interception in consecutive games. Houser did record his first rushing touchdown of the season, as he is not known for using his legs much.
