Pascarelli has 20, Marist knocks off Canisius 80-71

BUFFALO, N.Y. (AP) — Josh Pascarelli's 20 points helped Marist defeat Canisius 80-71 on Sunday.

Pascarelli shot 8 for 14, including 4 for 7 from beyond the arc for the Red Foxes (10-8, 5-4 Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference). Max Allen shot 9 of 14 from the field to add 18 points. Kam Farris had 16 points and shot 6 for 9, including 4 for 6 from beyond the arc.

The Golden Griffins (8-12, 3-7) were led by Tre Dinkins, who recorded 18 points and two steals. Canisius also got 17 points and 17 rebounds from Frank Mitchell. In addition, Cam Palesse had nine points.
