Brewer helps Texas A&M-Commerce secure 97-86 victory over Stonehill
COMMERCE, Texas (AP) — Jerome Brewer Jr. had 22 points in Texas A&M-Commerce's 97-86 victory against Stonehill on Monday night.
Brewer was 8 of 12 shooting, including 3 for 5 from 3-point range, and went 3 for 4 from the line for the Lions (3-4). Evan Phelps scored 19 points, going 6 of 10 (5 for 8 from 3-point range). Kalen Williams shot 5 for 12 (2 for 8 from 3-point range) and 7 of 7 from the free throw line to finish with 19 points, while adding three steals.
Tony Felder led the Skyhawks (1-5) in scoring, finishing with 24 points, four assists and two steals. Pano Pavlidis added 17 points and six rebounds for Stonehill. Max Zegarowski also recorded 15 points.
