You never know when Pete Carroll will pop out.

The Seattle Seahawks head coach made a guest appearance during a live ESPN report on Tuesday. However, we're pretty sure it wasn't planned. Check out the video below:

Yep, judging by the confused look on Carroll's face, this was clearly an accident. However, the double-take he did was priceless.
