NBA's Christmas jerseys have players' first names on the back

Another year, another NBA gimmick for selling jerseys. Last season the league released those short-sleeved jerseys that traditionalists and players alike detested.

I don't see any appeal in this year's. In fact seeing the nameplates in the wrong place, below the number, is making me feel uncomfortable. But you can add it to your collection for $109.95 plus tax and shipping and handling.

The NBA's schedule for Christmas Day includes five games: Wizards at Knicks, Thunder at Spurs, Cavaliers at Heat, Lakers at Bulls and Warriors at Clippers.
