Kaminsky shows he has (dance) moves in NBA, too

Updated Mar. 4, 2020 6:58 p.m. ET

Wisconsin Badgers fans know all about Frank Kaminsky's moves on the court. After all, this past season he helped UW to the national title game and was the winner of the Wooden Award, Naismith Trophy and Oscar Robertson Trophy and was a consensus All-American after averaging 18.8 points and 8.2 rebounds per game.

Kaminsky also likes to show off his other moves -- namely on the dance floor.

Now with the Charlotte Hornets after being selected with the No. 9 overall pick in this past year's NBA Draft, Kaminsky is in Shanghai, China with his new team for the NBA Global Games. A Fan Appreciation Day was held and Kaminsky took center stage, quite literally.

Stationed at mid-court, the former Badgers center whipped the crowd -- and his teammates -- into a frenzy with some serious hoofing.

This should come as no surprise to Wisconsin fans, although Kaminsky appears to have stepped up his dance game in the past year. Compare and contrast to last year (scroll to about the 1:40 mark):

Never change, Frank.
