Cardinals hire Adrian Wilson for scouting position

The Arizona Cardinals announced Monday that they have hired former Pro Bowl safety as a scout in the team's personnel department. He will work with both the pro and college scouting department.
Wilson spent 12 seasons with the Cardinals (2001-12) after being drafted in the third round of the 2001 draft out of North Carolina State and retired from the NFL in April 2015. He began working with the Cardinals as part of the Nunn-Wooten Scouting Fellowship, which gives former players hands-on experience shadowing NFL scouts.
Wilson was a five-time Pro Bowl selection for the Cardinals and a three-time all-pro who finished his career with 987 tackles, 25.5 sacks, 27 interceptions and 15 forced fumbles. He was inducted into the franchise's Ring of Honor this past season.
