It's not every day you meet someone named after you. Even more rare is when it's a horse.
Well, Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Andy Dalton got to experience that special life moment when he met Red Rifle at the Keeneland horse-racing track in Lexington, Kentucky.
Red Rifle is a 4-year-old colt owned by Todd Pletcher that has earned $70,260 thus far in 2014, significantly less than the $1.6 million Dalton will make this year.

The horse finished ninth in the race as Dalton looked on. Cincinnati's "Red Rifle" will have to perform much better that that, especially if he wants to score the contract extension he so desires.
