Which musical star will take the stage for the Super Bowl 51 Halftime Show on Sunday, Feb. 5?

There are many things that people look forward to when it comes to the Super Bowl. However, football fans and non-fans alike all anticipate the halftime show. Sure, this is true in some years more than others, but it’s always a spectacle. And that is certainly going to be the case in Houston with the Super Bowl 51 Halftime Show. As they say, everything is bigger in Texas.

We’ve seen some iconic performances throughout the years at the halftime show, for one reason or another. No one will soon forget the “Wardrobe Malfunction” show featuring Janet Jackson, her breast, and Justin Timberlake. What’s more, there have been other epic performances such as Prince, Michael Jackson, and numerous others. Hell, many people might throw Beyonce’s portion from one year ago into that mix. Thus, the Super Bowl 51 Halftime Show has plenty to live up to.

Subsequently, the organizers for the festivities—a joint operation between Pepsi and the NFL—are faced with the tall order of trying to find the right person or act to make that happen. This all begs the question of who they found to perform for the Super Bowl 51 Halftime Show.

If they were looking for a show, they’re certainly going to get one as Lady Gaga is the sole performer for the Super Bowl 51 Halftime Show. Just her on a stage would be big enough, but the reported plans are going to be even bigger.

Gaga reportedly plans to play her show on the domed roof of NRG Stadium on Sunday. What’s more, there are reportedly going to be a ton of drones involved in the show, for some unknown purpose. Whether you like Lady Gaga or not, you better prepare for something memorable. From the sound of it, the Super Bowl 51 Halftime Show is going to be that at minimum.
