WATCH: Dalton drops it in a bucket to Green
It wasn't a pretty day for Andy Dalton and the Bengals offense, but this 38-yard completion to A.J. Green certainly falls into the pretty category.
Green hauled in Dalton's perfect floater as he streaked down the right sideline on 3rd-and-2, getting the Bengals within field goal range late in the third quarter. Unfortunately for Cincinnati, Mike Nugent's 42-yard attempt four plays later was blocked, but it was still the longest play of the day for the Bengals, who surged late in the fourth quarter with 10 points on the way to a 16-10 win and a 7-0 record.
Green finished the day with 11 catches for 118 yards and a touchdown while Dalton completed 23 of 38 passes for 231 yards with one touchdown and two interceptions.
Perfect route. Perfect vision. Perfect catch. A.J. Green just being A.J. Green. #CINvsPIT https://t.co/Zpp5tMmzip
