NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) The Tennessee Titans have taken nose tackle Sammie Hill off the physically unable to perform list and signed cornerback Will Brown.

The Titans also announced Monday they waived as injured cornerback Curtis Riley.

Hill hurt a knee during the Titans' organized team activities and needed the first eight practices of training camp to work himself into shape.

The 6-foot-1 Brown took part in the Titans' rookie minicamp on a tryout, and he had seven interceptions with 20 passes broken up with Division II Missouri S&T last season. He replaces Riley, who hurt an ankle Saturday practicing at Nissan Stadium.
