The Peter Schrager Podcast: Ike Taylor's Ravens hatred is 'real'

Two-time Super Bowl champion Ike Taylor detailed his recent retirement and 12-year career with the Pittsburgh Steelers on the Peter Schrager Podcast Wednesday.

Taylor says the decision to retire was a process that went on during the season and the joy he felt watching the younger players grow and develop while he was injured.

During Taylor's career, he played for Bill Cowher and Mike Tomlin, and he discusses the differences between both of their coaching styles.

Something that will never change is the disdain for the Baltimore Ravens.

When asked what Ravens' week is like, Taylor indulged: "It's crazy. The hate is for real. You're not supposed to hate. I'm cool with that. But when you play for the Ravens, you better know I hate you. You got that Ravens uniform on, it's going down because you're trying to take our blueprint."

As the Steelers' offseason has included the retirements of Taylor, Troy Polamalu, Jason Worilds, the release of Brett Keisel and allowing Dick LeBeau to move on, Taylor says the team is in good hands with quarterback Ben Roethlisberger, running back Le'Veon Bell and wide receiver Antonio Brown.
