The Chargers sink down the draft order with a win at Qualcomm

The San Diego Chargers sent their fans home happy -- but it might cost them a blue-chip prospect.

They would now pick fourth in the 2016 NFL Draft after a win to close out their home schedule -- and perhaps, Qualcomm Stadium too.

The first five selections of the next college draft currently belong to: 

1. Tennessee Titans: 3-11 

2. Cleveland Browns: 3-11 

3. San Diego Chargers: 4-10 

4. Baltimore Ravens: 4-10 

5. Dallas Cowboys: 4-10 Ohio State defensive end Joey Bosa or Mississippi left tackle Laremy Tunsil could now both be out of the Bolts' reach. Both are need areas heading into 2016.

Quarterback isn't a glaring one -- but maybe the Chargers consider a prospect like Memphis' Paxton Lynch to groom atop their draft board now.
