The Texans have fired special teams coordinator Joe Marciano.

Houston made the move on Friday, a few hours after firing head coach Gary Kubiak. The Texans have lost 11 straight games.

Houston promoted Bob Ligashesky from special teams assistant to coordinator. Ligashesky is in his 10th NFL season, but first full year with Houston, and has an additional 19 years coaching experience in the collegiate ranks.
