Sterger sues again to stop Favre book

Published Apr. 28, 2011 1:00 a.m. ET

Jenn Sterger wants her alleged dirty photos of Brett Favre back, the New York Post reported Thursday.

The former Jets Game Day hostess filed suit in Manhattan Supreme Court against her ex-public relations flack, Phillip Reese, complaining that he has "all text messages, emails, and other digital communications she received" from the star quarterback and she wants them back.

The suit, which is similar to another action she filed against Reese in Florida last month, says Sterger turned over info "regarding potential legal issues arising from the Favre story" to her former PR guy and her own lawyer last year.

She said she parted ways with Reese earlier this year, but he is planning to write a book based on the Favre scandal, in which the former Jet and married grandfather is alleged to have sent the beauty racy — and graphic — emails and texts.

Sterger, 27, wants a judge to order Reese to turn over her materials and declare any deal they might have had to be null and void.

Reese could not be reached. He has declined to comment on the falling-out in the past.
