Published Dec. 18, 2011 11:56 a.m. ET

James Starks will miss his second straight game because of an ankle injury and Brandon Saine is out after sustaining a concussion, leaving the Green Bay Packers with only two running backs for Sunday's game against Kansas City.

Ryan Grant is listed as the starting fullback, with John Kuhn backing him up.

Quarterback Tyler Palko is inactive for the Chiefs after starting the past four games for the injured Matt Cassel. Kyle Orton starts for Kansas City with Ricky Stanzi also available.

The Packers are also missing leading receiver Greg Jennings, who isn't expected back until the playoffs because of a sprained left knee. Chad Clifton, Ryan Pickett, Desmond Bishop and Graham Harrell are also inactive.
