Oakland Raiders receiver Chaz Schilens is inactive against the New York Jets after he was supposed to return this week. Schilens has been out all season with a foot injury. He did not finish practice Friday because of soreness. Also inactive Sunday for Oakland are offensive linemen Robert Gallery, Cornell Green and Langston Walker; running back Darren McFadden; receiver Nick Miller; and linebacker Ricky Brown. Charlie Frye is the third quarterback. Missing the game for the Jets are receiver Jerricho Cotchery (hamstring), receiver Brad Smith (quadriceps), and cornerback Lito Sheppard (quadriceps). Safety James Ihedigbo and linebacker Marques Murrell were inactive after throwing punches at Buffalo's Derek Fine last week. Quarterback Kevin O'Connell and offensive lineman Matt Slauson were also inactive. Erik Ainge is the third quarterback.
