Roddy White on Matt Ryan: 'That's going to be our quarterback forever'

The defense of Matt Ryan from his teammates can't be overlooked at this point. While the Atlanta Falcons have lost four games in a row and five of their last six, Ryan's struggles are well documented.

During that six game stretch, Ryan has thrown 10 touchdowns against eight interceptions, while looking very mediocre at times. Unfortunately, this has led to some fans calling for a change at quarterback. Roddy White's response to that? No chance, according to Vaughn McClure of ESPN.

"Who else we going to put in there? That’s going to be our quarterback forever," White told ESPN. "[Benching Ryan] isn’t going to ever happen. All that speculation, you might want to kill that. We’re going to play better. So let’s nip that in the bud."

Well, there you have it. White isn't having any of that rumor, and there's a good chance that fans shouldn't believe there will be a change anytime soon either.
