Last month, ESPN reported that new deals were forthcoming for both Fisher and general manager Les Snead.

Fisher, 58, is the final year of his contract with the team. Fisher has a 27–37–1 record in four-plus seasons with the Rams and has yet to post a winning record in that time.

Before his stint with the Rams, he was the head coach of the Tennessee Titans, posting a 142–120 mark.

Now in his 22nd season as a NFL head coach, Fisher's teams have only been to the playoffs six times, none in the past seven seasons he has been a coach.

Fisher's 157 losses all-time are third-most in NFL history among head coaches, and he is 10 defeats from setting the all-time mark.
