Report: Jets owner preparing to hire Charlie Casserly as consultant

New York Jets owner Woody Johnson is preparing to add to his staff as Black Monday looms.

Johnson is set to hire former Texans and Redskins GM Charley Casserly as a consultant in the event the team makes any changes, according to an ESPN report.

Head coach Rex Ryan and general manager John Idzik have both been long-rumored to be in jeopardy.
