Todd Collins has replaced Jason Campbell as Washington Redskins quarterback to start the second half against the Kansas City Chiefs. Campbell went 9 for 16 for 89 yards and an interception in the first half Sunday. Winless Kansas City led 3-0 at halftime. Fans cheered when Collins trotted onto the field for Washington's first play on offense in the third quarter. On his first throw, Collins completed a 42-yard pass to Santana Moss.
