New Raiders OC Musgrave happy with his group's depth

Bill Musgrave has a young, up-and-coming quarterback. He'll have several talented receivers around him. His offensive line is steady, and his returning running back could be a star.
In other words, summer camp can't come fast enough for the Raiders' new offensive coordinator.
“I think all of our groups are going to have good competition," Musgrave told the team's official site. "They really are. We have good depth at the running back spot. The offensive line, of course, is really working to become a unit. That’s the way they’ll be judged ultimately, even down to the tight ends. So we’ve got good depth.”
Musgrave is no stranger to tailoring talented offenses. He worked in Chip Kelly's high octane scheme last season, after all.
Oakland's offense will sample that attack, plus principles from other Musgrave stops in Minnesota and Atlanta. The point is to create an offense that suits his new players best -- especially for the Raiders' new buzzworthy rookies.
“So we have our framework, our structure, our language, and then once we find out what Clive (Walford) does best or what Amari (Cooper) does best of Jon Feliciano or what throws come out of the hand of the quarterback the best, we try to customize and tailor the system to fall in line with those strengths," Musgrave said.
Oakland's roster could sport even more depth if Musgrave's offense helps those rookies along. That'll only help the Silver and Black's chances this season.
