Long, Smith active for Rams' home finale

Defensive end Chris Long and offensive tackle Jason Smith are active for the St. Louis Rams after both were listed as questionable.

Long practiced Wednesday with a thigh bruise and Smith turned an ankle in practice Thursday.

Rookie tight end Michael Hoomanawanui is inactive, missing a fourth straight game with a high ankle sprain.

Rookie running back Anthony Dixon is active for the San Francisco 49ers after being listed as questionable with an ankle injury. Dixon is the backup behind Brian Westbrook. Wide receiver Josh Morgan, who had been probable with a shoulder injury, is on the game-day roster.
