Long active for Rams, Murray inactive for Raiders

ST. LOUIS (AP) Defensive end Chris Long is active for St. Louis for the first time since the Rams' opener, while running back Latavius Murray is inactive for Oakland on Sunday with a concussion.

Long has been activated from injured reserve-designated for return from left ankle surgery. He has been practicing for three weeks.

Raiders running back George Atkinson III is active after being promoted from the practice squad on Friday.

Other Raiders inactives are wide receiver Denarius Moore, cornerback Neiko Thorpe (hand), safety Jonathan Dowling (back), offensive lineman Tony Bergstrom and defensive Stacy McGee.

Rams inactives are cornerbacks Lamarcus Joyner (groin) and Marcus Roberson (ankle), tight end Justice Cunningham, offensive linemen Barrett Jones and Brandon Washington, and defensive linemen Alex Carrington and Ethan Westbrooks.
