Lions troll Geno Smith by playing 'Can't Feel My Face' during intros

Geno Smith didn't make the trip to Detroit as the New York Jets took on the Lions, but his presence was definitely felt in the stadium.

While Smith was in New Jersey undergoing surgery on his broken jaw, the Lions' audio crew was taking shots at the Jets quarterback during pregame announcements.

When Smith was announced as inactive against the Lions, the song "Can't Feel My Face" was playing throughout Ford Field.

If that's not a direct shot at Smith, then nothing is. If nothing else, the title of the song was probably pretty accurate with regards to how Smith was feeling -- he likely couldn't feel his face after having surgery to repair a broken jaw.

Without Smith, the Jets were walloped by the Lions, 23-3. No quarterback played particularly great in Smith's absence (although Fitzpatrick attempted just three passes), leaving many wishing Smith was still healthy.
