Jaguars rule out rookie receiver Lee vs. Steelers

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (AP) The Jacksonville Jaguars have ruled out rookie receiver Marqise Lee for the third consecutive game.

The second-round draft pick won't play Sunday against Pittsburgh because of a strained right hamstring. The Jaguars (0-4) also are expected to be without Cecil Shorts III, who injured his left hamstring in last week's 33-14 loss at San Diego. Shorts missed the first two games with the same injury.

Lee, meanwhile, caught eight passes for 73 yards the first two weeks. Without him, fellow rookies Allen Hurns and Allen Robinson have stepped up.

The Jaguars also expect second-year pro Ace Sanders to pick up extra snaps against the Steelers. Sanders returned to practice Wednesday after missing the first four games for violating the NFL's substance-abuse policy.
