Jaguars reduce some ticket prices for 2010

The Jacksonville Jaguars have cut ticket prices for 2010, hoping to lure back some of the 17,000 season-ticket holders who didn't renew last year.

The Jaguars have reduced season tickets in two sections in the upper deck by $90, reduced season tickets in four sections in the lower bowl by $100, and reduced season tickets in two club sections by $300.

Jacksonville didn't increase tickets in the general bowl for the third consecutive season. The team also introduced two payment plans that allow fans to lock in 2010 prices for three years and make equal payments for those 30 games over 30 consecutive months, with no interest and no deposit.

The moves could help the Jaguars boost sales and avoid blackouts. Jacksonville blacked out nine of 10 home games in 2009.
