Is Dak Prescott better off without Dez Bryant?

The Dallas Cowboy debates rage on. For those who might have made up their mind on the Dak vs. Romo debate, here's a new one:

Is Dak Prescott better off without Dez Bryant?

Colin Cowherd and Jason Whitlock both agree he is.

"What they're doing right now is Dak 'n' Dunk. Hand the ball off underneath. And I think Dez would be a distraction for him," Cowherd said on "Speak For Yourself" this week. "But I think when Tony Romo comes back and has the ability to see the field and go over the top, I think Dez has value."

Prescott has led the Cowboys to a 4-1 start, completing 69 percent of his passes for four touchdowns and no interceptions. But the rookie hasn't impressed anyone throwing down the field, and that's where Bryant needs the ball.

"For Dak right now, a needy wide receiver on the outside, banging on him, in his ear in the huddle, (is) the last thing he needs," Cowherd said. Watch the whole segment in the video above.
