Graham and Justice physically unable to perform

The Philadelphia Eagles on Thursday placed defensive end Brandon Graham and offensive tackle Winston Justice on the Physically Unable to Perform list.
Also, wide receiver Jeremy Maclin and cornerback Asante Samuel were excused from training camp for personal reasons.
Graham, the team's first-round draft pick in 2010, tore the anterior cruciate ligament in his left knee in the 13th game of his rookie season and underwent surgery on Dec. 21. It was later revealed that he underwent microfracture surgery as well.
Justice, the starting right tackle the last two years, hyperextended his left knee late last season and underwent arthroscopic surgery to remove a bone chip in February. Upon reporting to camp Wednesday, he said he was ''taking it day by day.''
Players placed on the PUP list at the beginning of camp cannot practice, but can rehabilitate their injuries and take part in meetings. They can be activated at any time.
In granting Maclin and Samuel excused absences, the Eagles ''have been and will continue to be in constant communication'' with both players, and ''look forward'' to having them back ''as soon as possible.''
