Eagles' linebacker Kiko Alonso insists he's 100 percent healthy

Philadelphia Eagles linebacker Kiko Alonso is back on the field, but he has struggled since returning to the defensive lineup. Despite his struggles, the former Defensive Rookie of the Year claims that injuries have played no role in his poor play.

"I feel fine," Alonso said to reporters before agreeing with them that he was at 100%, per NJ Advanced Media.

Alonso played more snaps (56) than he has since returning from injury, but he finished with just one total tackle. It was Alonso's primary job to stop Tamp Bay Buccaneers running back Doug Martin, but he ran for 235 yards on 27 carries. Alonso acknowledged that he struggled.

"We gave up (283) yards rushing," Alonso said. "I can't say I played well."
