Eagles coach Kelly not concerned that offense too predictable

Philadelphia Eagles coach Chip Kelly brushed aside the notion that opponents are exploiting the predictability of his team's offense.

Kelly was pressed on the issue during Wednesday's media session after Eagles wide receiver Josh Huff said he heard the Dallas Cowboys calling out the team's plays prior to the snap during Sunday's loss.

“I just asked him about that," Kelly said of Huff. “He didn’t say that to us. I asked him, ‘Do you think they had any of our signals?’ He said no."

Philadelphia managed only 226 yards of offense and was held to a paltry seven yards rushing by the Cowboys. Running back DeMarco Murray was limited to a stunning two yards on 13 carries, but Kelly dismissed the idea that Dallas knew what was coming.

“Everybody has predictabilities and tendencies going into every game. That’s just part of the game plan," Kelly said. “I think guys are grasping at excuses, to be honest with you.”
