Colts starting linebacker Clint Session and Giants special teams captain Chase Blackburn are both inactive for Sunday night's game.
Session missed practice all week with a hamstring injury. Blackburn sat out all week after hurting his right knee in last week's season opener.
Also sitting out Sunday's game Colts safety Bob Sanders, who had surgery for a torn biceps Wednesday; Colts receiver Anthony Gonzalez, who has a sprained right ankle; and Giants tight end Kevin Boss, who has a concussion.
All three were not expected to play.
