INDIANAPOLIS (AP) Indianapolis waived 11 players Monday including safety David Sims.

The Colts now have 79 players on their roster. League rules require all teams to be down to 75 players Tuesday by 4 p.m.

Sims was originally signed by the Giants as an undrafted rookie in 2011. He was with the Browns in 2011 and played with the Eagles in 2012 but was not in the league last season.

Indy also cut cornerbacks Johnny Adams and Qua Cox, offensive linemen Andre Cureton and Marcus Hall, linebacker Jonathon Sharpe, fullback Cameron White, cornerback Kameron Jackson and receivers Nu'Keese Richardson, Eric Thomas and Tony Washington.
