Chip Kelly continues to invest in sports science staff

Philadelphia Eagles head coach Chip Kelly has acquired several players with a deeply rooted injury history this offseason. But there might be a scientific method to his madness. Kelly continues to build out his coaching staff with unconventional and untraditional hires. He accomplishes this by building a sports science staff with various backgrounds that are sometimes unrelated to the X's and O's of football.
According to Zach Berman of the Philadelphia Inquirer, Kelly has now made his staff even bigger.
Shaun Huls has been promoted to director of sports science and reconditioning. James Hanisch will take over as high performance analyst. J.P Crowley Hanlon is the new logistics coordinator.
Both of the new hires have a background working at Oregon, but I'm sure no one is surprised by that.
