Breaston out for Arizona against Seattle

Published Oct. 24, 2010 8:15 p.m. ET

Arizona wide receiver Steve Breaston was inactive for the Cardinals on Sunday in their first-place matchup with the Seattle Seahawks.

Breaston had missed the previous two games after having arthroscopic knee surgery. He was listed as questionable on the final injury report. Rookie Andre Roberts started in Breaston's place. Backup cornerback Trumaine McBride and backup receiver Stephen Williams were also out for Arizona.

Seattle was without starting defensive tackle Brandon Mebane (calf) and starting cornerback Kelly Jennings (hamstring). Coach Pete Carroll had classified both as ''questionable at best'' on Friday. Also out for Seattle was backup defensive end Dexter Davis (hamstring) and offensive guard Chester Pitts (knee).
