Bentley out for Lions against Bears

Published Oct. 22, 2012 9:07 p.m. ET

Lions cornerback Bill Bentley is inactive for Monday night's game against the Chicago Bears because of a shoulder injury, leaving Detroit without its top two right cornerbacks.

Jacob Lacey had already been ruled out after suffering a concussion last week against Philadelphia, and with Bentley out after being listed as doubtful, Jonte Green started at right cornerback.

Lions defensive tackle Corey Williams is active after being listed as questionable because of a knee injury, but Nick Fairley started in his place. Williams did not practice Saturday and was a limited participant on Thursday and Friday.
