Bengals at Jets live stream: How to watch

Alas, the NFL season is upon is us. In one of Sunday’s early games, the Bengals will travel to New York to take on a Jets squad that went 10-6 and fell just short of the playoffs a year ago.

It’s been 26 years since the Bengals have won a playoff game, but in order to get back to the postseason, they’ll need another crisp year from quarterback Andy Dalton.

The Jets were able to strike a deal with quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick for at least another year, with the 33-year-old veteran signing a base contract worth $12 million and as much as $15 million with incentives. While Fitzpatrick had a career year last year, the question is, can he repeat it? On paper, there’s no evident reason why he shouldn’t be able to, but this is a journeyman quarterback who didn’t earn his first winning season as a starter till last year.

This has the making for a top three game of the week. Both teams will be in contention for the entire season. Both teams were top 10 in passing touchdowns per game a year ago, but don’t expect this one to be a shootout. Each team is stout along the defensive line and physical against the run. It should be a good one between two AFC foes come Sunday.
