Bears sign long snapper Brewer to 1-year contract

LAKE FOREST, Ill. (AP) The Chicago Bears have signed long snapper Aaron Brewer to a one-year contract.

The Bears announced the move on Wednesday.

Brewer spent his first four years with the Broncos after entering the league as an undrafted free agent in 2012 and played for Bears coach John Fox in Denver.

He appeared in all 64 regular-season games, along with eight postseason games.
