Bears, Edwin Williams agree to 2-year extension

The Chicago Bears and offensive lineman Edwin Williams have agreed on a two-year contract extension through the 2013 season.

The deal was announced on Wednesday.

Williams has started the past six games at left guard. He has made 11 starts and appeared in 23 games over three seasons with the Bears and Washington Redskins.
