Arizona's OT Gandy inactive, starting streak ends

Published Dec. 12, 2009 8:39 p.m. ET

Arizona starting offensive tackle Mike Gandy was inactive for Sunday night's game against the Minnesota Vikings with a pelvis injury.

That broke a string of 31 consecutive starts for the Cardinals offensive line. Gandy hadn't practiced all week.

Minnesota was without two starters: guard Anthony Herrera because of a concussion and cornerback Antoine Winfield because of a foot injury.

Artis Hicks started for Herrera and Benny Sapp for Winfield. Jeremy Bridgers started in place of Gandy.
