Arizona Cardinals quarterback Kevin Kolb was inactive on Sunday against the Cleveland Browns after sustaining a concussion early in last week's victory over San Francisco.
Kolb had been listed as questionable after practicing on a limited basis last week. He joins Cleveland starting quarterback Colt McCoy, who already had been declared out for the game with a concussion and did not make the trip to Arizona.
John Skelton started in place of Kolb, while Seneca Wallace replaced McCoy. Kolb had started just two games after missing four with a right turf toe injury.
Arizona safety Kerry Rhodes, who had been listed as probable after going through full practices all week, was active after missing seven games with a broken bone in his left foot.
