Warriors say Stephen Curry is 'doubtful' for Game 4

Golden State Warriors coach Steve Kerr doesn't sound optimistic about Stephen Curry's chances of playing in Game 4 against the Portland Trail Blazers on Monday night.

"I would just say he's doubtful for tomorrow, but slowly and surely making progress," "Kerr told SFGate.com Sunday. "His conditioning seemed to be an issue, but hopefully he can get more and more work, and we'll see how he comes up tomorrow in terms of a good night's sleep coming off a workout."

Curry has not played since he sprained his right MCL on April 24 during Golden State's first-round series against the Houston Rockets. The NBA MVP said last week that he was hoping to return to play in Game 3 against Portland, but the Warriors have been cautious with their star player, limiting him to drills and conditioning.

Curry will participate in shootaround Monday morning, then will be re-evaluated by the team's medical staff to determine his status for Game 4.
