Russell Westbrook got hit in the face and dunked on his assailant anyway

It really wasn't all that long ago that we were watching Russell Westbrook make his way to two Final Fours with UCLA. But we can't remember him doing anything quite like this as a Bruin.

On Friday night, with March Madness in full swing across the country, Westbrook was busy plying his trade against a college team that didn't make the Big Dance, the Philadelphia 76ers. And when the Oklahoma City Thunder guard saw an opening in the defense, he took it right to the rack for a big-time slam.

Before he could finish the dunk, though, Westbrook took a pretty solid blow to the face from Philadelphia's Jerami Grant:

Of course, a smack to the face wasn't enough to deter Westbrook, who finishes through contact like it's his job.

Which, you know, it is. But that doesn't mean he was particularly happy, as a reverse angle caught him dropping an F-bomb to voice his displeasure:

That's funny -- the 76ers probably reacted to the dunk the same way.
