Report: Barry denies sexting with Parker

The woman accused of having a “sexting relationship” with Eva Longoria's husband Tony Parker broke her silence Thursday on reports of an affair.
Erin Barry — the wife of Parker’s former basketball teammate Brent Barry — wrote on her website: "I DID NOT HAVE AN AFFAIR WITH TONY PARKER, nor did I ‘pursue’ Tony Parker.”
Erin and Brent Barry filed for divorce on November 18 — just one day after “Desperate Housewives” star Longoria and San Antonio Spurs player Parker filed for divorce citing "irreconcilable differences.”
The couples filed for divorce amid allegations Parker and Erin Barry sent sexually explicit text messages to each other.
However, Erin Barry denied the “sexting” accusations had anything to do with their break-ups.
"Unfortunately, because our divorces are occurring at the same time, great speculation has been cast on our friendship,” she said on her website.
"My friendship with Tony Parker had nothing to do with the end of my marriage (which is painful enough without this added drama), and to assume that we had an affair is naive, ridiculous, and completely misguided."
Barry, an advocate for helping abused and neglected children in San Antonio, added: "Every day I dedicate myself to being a good person and the best Mom that I can possibly be for my two beautiful children. I pride myself on being a Mom first, an advocate for abused children second, and a law student third.
"Those are the things that are of the utmost importance to me. I have spent my adult life fighting for children who have been victimized so forgive me for not caring when someone tells me that my name is being dragged through the mud."
