Kristaps Porzingis saved the Knicks from getting made fun of on the Simpsons

The Knicks won just 17 games last season and were one of the biggest punchlines the NBA had to offer in the process. No one felt bad getting a jab in on the orange and blue every once in a while.

Now, things are different. The Knicks, led by rookie sensation Kristaps Porzingis, are respectable once again. So, when the Simpsons decided to make a basketball joke recently, they had to switch the writing around to tease another team: the 76ers.
