Kenneth Faried: 'We are doing better than I thought we would'

The Denver Nuggets haven't been all that great to start the season. After 12 games they were at .500, before losing two over the weekend.

But you have to give kudos to Nuggets star forward Kenneth Faried for being completely honest about the team he plays on and the start they had. 

When asked how Faried felt about the start of the season, here's what he told Christopher Dempsey of the Denver Post:

“We’re doing better than I thought we would,” Faried said. “Being honest.”

“Coming out I felt that we were going to struggle at first,” Faried said. “And we’ve had our struggles, but we’re 6-6. If you would have told me at the beginning of the season, ‘Oh, the Nuggets will be 6-6 and ahead of a lot of people in the West,’ I would have said ‘alright.’
