Much of the country spent Thursday evening watching the NFL Draft. During game six between the Bulls and Bucks, Giannis Antetokounmpo made a hit that resembles one you would see on a football field. As a result, Antetokounmpo was assessed a Flagrant 2 foul and ejected from the game.

After making a three-pointer late in second quarter, Dunleavy ended up on his backside in the first row. Antetokounmpo covered quite a bit of ground to level the Bulls veteran, which appeared to be in retaliation for antics Dunleavy pulled earlier in the game.

First, there was this shot by Dunleavy to Michael Carter-Williams.

Dunleavy also shoved Antetokounmpo to the floor.

In addition to those instances, the Bucks were down by 30 points at the time so it’s not unreasonable to think Antetokounmpo was frustrated at the how the game was unfolding for the Bucks. However, a loss of composure like that is unnecessary and will serve as a teaching moment for the 20-year-old.

Mike Dunleavy will never be confused with being the most liked player when he’s on the court and what he did on Thursday are a few examples of why.
